Blueberry and chia smoothie

1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsps chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 banana, pre-sliced and frozen
  • 2 tbsps corn syrope or liquid glucose
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl or glass, mix together chia and water. Set aside to hydrate, about 1 hour or leavein refrigerator to hydrate overnight.
  • Put all ingredients, including hydrated chia seeds, into a blender. Blend until smooth.
