Blueberry and chia smoothie
- 1 tbsps chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana, pre-sliced and frozen
- 2 tbsps corn syrope or liquid glucose
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- In a small bowl or glass, mix together chia and water. Set aside to hydrate, about 1 hour or leavein refrigerator to hydrate overnight.
- Put all ingredients, including hydrated chia seeds, into a blender. Blend until smooth.
